Delorean, one of the Basque Country''s major bands of the moment, have recently been headlining the international music press. Two of the world''s most important publications have come out in praise of the band''s music: the digital magazine Pitchforkand the digital version of the British newspaper The Guardian.

Dolorean were featured as Best New Track according to Pitchfork''s Best Song section. The song "Seasun" from the album Ayrton Senna obtained the week''s best scoring (9 points) which is no easy task. They are the first Basque group ever to receive such recognition.

Meanwhile, they were The Guardian''s choice of ''New band of the day'' on Wednesday 5th August. The UK newspaper summed up Ayrton Senna as an album of ''blissed-out disco-pop'' and with only 5 tracks on the EP, have called out for a whole album of the same.

As the world gets to know Delorean, the group continue to work on their new release due to come out in November, which they have been recording in the Montreal Studios in Navarre with Hans Krüger. The disc will then be produced in New York at the hands of Chris Coady.

Furthermore, record company Modular have included the boys from Zarautz in their compilation album of the best indie and dance songs of the year, entitled Leave That All BehindIII.
