Bloodless bullfighting back in Las Vegas after 40 years

Unlike traditional bullfights, bullfights in Las Vegas will be bloodless as under the Nevada law, animals can not be mistreated.

A new bullfighting season kicks off in Las Vegas today after more than four decades without bullfighting events. Unlike traditional bullfights, bullfights in Las Vegas will be bloodless as under the Nevada law, animals can not be mistreated.

The best bullfighters or "toreros" around the globe will perform their mastery in the entertainment capital of the world. Instead of traditional banderillas, bullfighters will use specially designed adhesive Velcro pads avoiding mistreating the bulls and keeping the excitement and skill of traditional bullfighting alive.

Spanish bullfighters already contracted include José Ortega Cano, Enrique Ponce, Javier Conde, Julián López "El Juli", David Fandila "El Fandi" and Francisco Rivera Ordóñez.

The bloodless bullfights are being held at the South Point Arena &' || 'amp; Casino.
