The Navarre-Basque Association of Architects, together with the Guggenheim Bilbao museum, has organised a series of guided visits to the Basque towns of Leioa and Getxo (Biscay) in order to know more on the Frank Lloyd Wright influence in the Basque metropolis buildings.

The visits are part of the exhibition Frank Lloyd Wright, which will be on show until Sunday February 14th at the Basque gallery.

Scheduled for February 7th and 14th, the tours are open to all those interested in discovering Frank Lloyd Wright''s imprint on a number of buildings in the town of Getxo, though Bakio and Mungia also have several Wright-influenced constructions.

The Fire Station of the Biscay county council in Artaza, Leioa, is the first stop before visiting the Antiguo Golf residential complex in Getxo, full of Wright reminiscences too. But the more interesting examples are located in the district of Getxoko Andra Mari-Santa María of Getxo, especially on Intxorta (numbers 11 and 13), Bizkargi (Casa Altzuri, n. 7), and Juan Vallejo (La Galea, numbers 7 and 13) streets.
