British band Cornershop, broadly known due to their late 90''s hit Brimful of Asha will be visiting the Basque city of Bilbao on February, Saturday 27th to offer a concert at the Kafe Antzokia concert hall.

The group led by Tjinder Singh (singer, songwriter, and guitar) and Ben Ayres (guitar, keyboards, and tamboura) comes back to the scene with a brand new album full of Asian and 60''s reminiscences, Judy Sucks A Lemon For Breakfast (Ample Play, 2009), their first disc in seven years.

The work has been acclaimed by BBC Radio 6 Music and several other publications in the UK such as The Guardian, Metro, Independent, Independent On Sunday, and News Of The World.

Cornershop will display their fusion of Indian music, rock, and contemporary dance from 9.30pm onwards. Tickets range between 16 (in advance) and 20 euros.
