The band from Zarautz remain unstoppable. As well as various gigs lined up in Europe and the US, the group have now announced a concert in the capital of Ethiopia.

All signs indicate that Delorean are currently the Basque Country''s most celebrated band outside of the territory and once again, the boys from Zarautz leave us in no doubt of this. They have just announced their schedule for up to February 2010 during which, on top of being busy in the studio recording their new album, they plan to tour half the world with their music.

Further to their previously announced tour of New York, Stockholm, London and Paris, they''ve also announced their intention to travel to Africa to offer a concert in the capital of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa.

They''ve also be asked to produce a number of remixes. We can report that they''ll be doing versions of songs by The XX and Franz Ferdinand, and we’ve also heard they''ll be remixing a tune by John Talabot.

The Barcelona-based group''s concert dates for the Basque Country are limited; one of them is this weekend as part of the San Sebastian Donostikluba music festival. On Saturday, the group will perform at the Gazteszena venue. To celebrate the anniversary of eitb.com, this concert can be seen live on the Gaztea website.
