The album Rising Mountains by Basque-Argentinean band Capsula, released by label BCore Disc, appears in some lists of 2009''s best albums in Spain, USA and New Zealand.

KEXP (Seattle), KDHX Trip Inside This House (St Lois), and Volcano Radio (Chicago) stations in the U.S., apart from Human RDU Pleasure in New Zealand, have chosen the trio as favourite while Spanish rock magazines Ruta 66 and Mondosonoro (Zarata, its Basque edition) have considered that Capsula''s Rising Mountains is the album number 1 of the year.

Furthermore, the picture of one of the concerts offered by Capsula at the SXSW Festival 2009 which became a cover for the Austin American Statesman has been chosen as one of the best pictures of 2009 by the staff of this newspaper.

Capsula is a duo from Buenos Aires but based in Bilbao (Martin Ladrón de Guevara --voice, guitar-- and Coni --bass, vox, visuals), together with Ignacio Villarejo --drums--).
