Nonick, the International Conference on Internet Business Trends, which has been organised for the past four years by the Basque Government and eitb.com, will hold its fourth edition on 15th and 16th June at the EiTB Sala Multibox in Bilbao.

During its presentation press conference held last week, representatives of SPRI, EiTB.com and Basquegame explained that one of the main objectives of Nonick is to foster quality networking (business relations): bringing together company professionals, investors and developers, among others, who are stakeholders and may be able to generate collaboration agreements, exchanges, employment and value. The Nonick programme includes a total of seven keynotes, a round table and a wide range of workshops and, like in previous editions, the final of the Start Up 2.0 competition.

Xabier Sabalza, Director of Innovation and the Information Society in the Basque Government, Edurne Ormazabal, Director of Eitb.com and Juan de Miguel, President of Basquegame participated in the presentation press conference.

In previous editions focusing on topics such as video and webs, Social Media and Mobile Devices, attendees formed collaboration agreements, which have led to joint projects, employment opportunities and technological investment. This fourth edition of Nonick will focus on the gaming world and its business opportunities. It will open its doors on 15th June with a presentation by Joshua Williams, head of Microsoft Serious Games, and it will conclude on Saturday with a keynote by Dante Simpson, Global President of Eon Interactive and former Vice-President of Sony Music Entertainment.

Tickets can be purchased on the official web page for the conference at a reduced price until 8th June.
