An incredible three-pointer by Javi Salgado beat the buzzer to give Bizkaia Bilbao Basket a 58-57 win over CB Murcia on Sunday afternoon.

Salgado also led the Basques on the scoreboard with 17 points. For CB Murcia, Vujanic scored 20 points. Both Salgado and Vujanic were the two only players in the game that scored in double figures.

Murcia seized a 7-point lead twice in the first half (9-16, 17-26) but Bizkaia Bilbao Basket were able to erase them and regain the lead, 32-26. However, the guests reacted well and added a 9-0 run to tie the game just before the break, 35-35 at halftime.

Both teams struggled to score in the third quarter and the third-quarter score was quite low, 6-8.

The last quarter was as tight as the third one. Vujanic scored two free-throws in the last seconds to give Murcia a two point lead, 55-57 but Salgado''s last-second attempt secured a dramatic win for the Basques.
