Nicolas Mahut and John Isner left a marathon Wimbledon match on Wednesday still without an outright winner in one turned out to be the tournament''s longest ever match.

In the fifth set and drawing two sets all, play had to be suspended at 9.10pm due to poor light. Frenchman Mahut and American Isner have now broken the record for the longer fifth set tie-break ever, with both currently on 59 points each.

Play will continue on Thursday.

Serve is proving decisive to play; Mahut has only managed one break point in the entire match so far.
