Bulgarian police say a passenger bus and a minibus slammed into one another on a main highway in southern Bulgaria, killing 7 and injuring two others.
The head-on collision occurred Saturday morning near the city of Lyubimets, close to the border with Turkey.
Traffic police say those killed were all Turkish citizens traveling on the minibus from Germany to Turkey. Among them was a 12-year-old girl.
The driver of the Serbian-registered passenger bus and a 23-year-old woman on board were injured and taken to a hospital.
